Every single enquiry will be treated earnestly with meticulous internal and external discussion.

Technical Review

Multiple technical reviews will be conducted at customer site to discuss and clarify all technical issues and requirements. If necessary, simulation and evaluation on the feasibility of machine design and specifications will be conducted jointly with customer as part of technical review . On-site observation and inspection will be executed as well in order to understand any environmental constraint with appropriate assistance and suggestion rendered.

Design & Planning

Having clarified all the technical issues, we will immediately proceed to planning and design stage to minimize the manufacturing lead-time. A proposal, a detailed equipment layout, a specification, and a quotation will be provided to customer.

Fabricate

Prior to fabrication, equipment layout and specification must be acknowledged by customer to avoid any misinterpretation. Customer will be invited to participate equipment buy-off in our factory site.

Delivery & Installation

Various delivery terms (EX-work, FOB, etc.) will be offered according to the customer’s requirement. Equipment installation, testing and commissioning upon delivery will be comprehensively conducted by our experienced service team.
