A Printed Circuit Board (PCB) mechanically supports and electrically connects electronic components using conductive tracks, pads and other features etched from copper sheets laminated onto a non-conductive substrate.There are the heating process is necessary for PCB. One of the reason to heat or dry the PCB is to remove moisture from PCB. This is the heating process that you only need to heat the PCB up to the certain temperature. This main purpose of heating process is to remove moisture of PCB. If PCB did not go thru the heating process, moisture of the PCB will cause the board to break during soldering or mechanical processes.
