Every single inquiry will be treated earnestly with meticulous internal and external discussion.
Technical Review
Several times of technical reviews will be performed at the customer site to further discuss and clarify all technical issues and requirements. If necessary, simulation and evaluation on the feasibility of machine design and specifications will be conducted jointly with the customer as part of the technical review. On-site observation and inspection will be executed as well in order to understand any environmental constraint with appropriate assistance and suggestion rendered.
Design & Planning
Having clarified all the technical issues, we will immediately proceed to plan and design stages to minimize the manufacturing lead-time. The proposal, detailed equipment layout, specification, and quotation will be provided to the customer.
Fabricate
Prior to fabrication, equipment layout and specification must be acknowledged by the customer to avoid any misinterpretation. Customer will be invited to attend equipment buy-off in our factory site.
Delivery & Installation
Various delivery terms (EX-work, FOB, etc.) will be offered according to the customer’s requirement. Equipment installation, testing and commissioning upon delivery will be comprehensively conducted by our experienced service team.
